A room is available to rent in this family home, shared with the live-in landlords on Drummartin Road in Goatstown. The house is very modern, stylish, bright and open. All of the fittings are new and spotless, and everything is very spacious. As well as a fully equipped kitchen, large living area, and large bathroom, there is a lovely garden, accessable from patio doors in the living area.
You will be living in a residential area in the south of the city, but conveniently close to the Luas, which can take you to the city centre in 15-20 minutes. UCD is a short drive away, and a 15-20 minute walk away is Dundrum Town Centre, a large shopping centre with many high-street names.
What we liked the most
- This is a bright, spacious, and very stylish, modern home.
- We love the bright, spotless open-plan living area – which even has a pool table.
- The kitchen looks like it would be a pleasure to cook in.
- The location is great for shopping, close to a large shopping centre.
- Students are also ideally situated, a short drive from University College Dublin.
