Rooms are available for rent in this family home on Beneavin Road in Glasnevin. The rooms are well-sized, and come with a private living area and small kitchen, separate from the family. There is also a separate bathroom. The living area is bright and cheerful, and has a sofa near the bright window, and a dining table. The kitchen has a microwave, washing machine and dryer, but no oven or stove. However, 2 meals a day will be provided by the landlords.
You will be living in an attractive middle-class suburb, close to several large parks, and within easy reach of Finglas Village, where you can find plenty of local shops and a supermarket, plus some pubs and cafes. DCU is within walking distance, and there are buses that can take you part way.

- You will have your own private space, so you don't feel as though you are intruding on your hosts.
- There is both a washer and dryer, which is very convenient.
- 2 meals a day are included in the rent, which makes budgeting simple.

- To enter the private areas, you will have to pass through the main kitchen. This room is only for the use of the landlords.
