This bright 5-bedroom house in Dun Laoghaire offers rooms for rent and a gorgeous open-plan kitchen and living area opening out onto a large backyard. There are 2 shared bathrooms, and bedroom 4 has its own ensuite. The landlady lives on the property with her daughters and their dog.
The house is located in a beautiful residential neighbourhood with lots of parks and close to the ocean. There is a dart station nearby, enabling an easy commute into the town centre taking approximately 35 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The house is in a tranquil area close to public transport.
- The kitchen and living area is very bright, with several skylights and large glass doors leading to the backyard.
- The shared bathroom has a spa bathtub, separate shower and 2 sinks.
- Rent includes bills, bed linen and towels.
- The sunny backyard is ideal to dry your washing.
