Rooms are available for rent to students in a cosy, 5-bedroom house with a garden and dishwasher situated in Artane. The property has a very cosy living room - the perfect place to get to know the live-in landlady and her family who also live in the property. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen.
Artane is an area which is not far from both the city centre and the coast. The local area is relatively lively, and you can walk 12 minutes to reach Artane shopping centre. To get to central Dublin, you can either catch a bus, or walk 15 minutes to Harmonstown Dart Station.

- The house has a dishwasher which is very practical.
- The property has a spacious garden which is ideal for summer.
- The house is large and spread over several floors.
- Harmonstown Dart Station is 15 minutes away and provides rapid access to central Dublin.

Things to keep in mind
- At the time of the photo session, Bedroom 1 had a double bed, however, the landlady has since changed it to a single bed.
