This 4-bedroom, 2-storey house is occupied by a friendly family who is looking for a female tenant to occupy one of the rooms. The modern home has all the facilities you will need for a comfortable stay, and rent includes bed linen, a daily breakfast and dinner 4 times a week.
The house is located in a tranquil residential neighbourhood which is within walking distance of the beach. You can reach the city centre in 20 minutes using the Dart or 40 minutes by bus.
What we liked the most
- The local shops are within walking distance of the house.
- The living room is very cozy and has a fireplace.
- There are 2 sitting areas each with a television.
- The enormous kitchen has large windows with lovely garden views.
- There is a washer-dryer to take care of your laundry.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlords would prefer a Spanish student to rent the room.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the backyard.
