A room is available to rent in this lovely family home in Kingswood, in the southwest of the city of Dublin. The single room is available for women only, in a house shared with the live-in landlady. The house has a large garden, with a decked area, perfect for relaxing on a warm day. The kitchen is very spacious, and has a dining table that can seat 4, as well as lots of storage, and all the mod-cons. You will share this space, and the bathroom with the landlady.
Kingswood is a quiet, residential area of the city, with several large parks nearby, including the very large and attractive Tymon Park. There is shopping available, including an Aldi, in nearby Belgard, and the area is well connected to the centre by the light rail Red Line.
What we liked the most
- The room for rent is compact, but very attractive, warm, and cosy.
- You will have access to the very well equipped kitchen.
- This is a very quiet area, ideal for a student who needs peace to study, or a professional needing to escape the busy city centre.
