The house is located in the pleasant residential neighbourhood of Drumcondra, close to restaurants, shops and other amenities. This location is a 30-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride from the city centre.
What we liked the most
- The property is very homey and nicely decorated throughout.
- The open-plan kitchen and dining area is spacious and has numerous windows overlooking the garden.
- You will find several parks within walking distance of the house, including the stunning Botanical Gardens.
- The living area is very elegant and has a lovely bay window.
- Breakfast is included in the rent and dinner can be provided at an extra cost.

- The family has 3 small children and a dog.
