Luxurious bedrooms are available to rent in a stunning independent flat within a house in Dublin. The landlord lives upstairs. The shared areas comprise a spacious living room with leather sofas and a dining table, a huge modern kitchen with plenty of storage and a large window looking out onto the back garden, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are very large and bright and beautifully decorated (see the individual room descriptions and video for more information).
The house is in a stunning location right next to the shore. It is an easy 5-minute walk to Salthill & Monkstown DART station, as well as the centre of Monkstown which has lots of lovely shops, cafés and restaurants. The train into Dublin takes about 20 minutes.
What we liked the most
- We love this property! The house is stunning, spacious and modern, with high-quality furnishings.
- Both bedrooms are very spacious and elegant.
- The kitchen is huge and has a double oven and dishwasher.
- The nearest DART station is just 5 minutes away.
- The house is right by the beach.
- Monkstown is a picturesque town with lovely shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants.
Things to keep in mind
- Tenants will have the entire basement to themselves, with access to their own private kitchen and bathroom.
- The kitchen is accessed through bedroom 1.
