A bright room with a double bed is for rent to students in a shared, 4-bedroom house in Clontarf, Dublin. The property is modern, and it has a cosy living room for tenants to relax or spend time with the live-in landlady. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including an oven, a stove, a fridge, a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, and a table with chairs. The bathroom is modern and clean, and it has a large bathtub in it. There is a garden at the back of the property.
Clontarf is a small village area just to the north-east of Dublin's city centre. Well connected by public transportation, Clontarf has plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shopping areas for residents to enjoy.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a washing machine and a dryer - you can do your laundry at home!
- The room for rent has a double bed, which is very comfortable for single use.
- There is a lovely, cosy fireplace in the living room.
- The property is modern and bright.
- The house has a garden.
