This 2-bedroom apartment has a spacious and comfortable room for rent. The shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen and an extremely large and open living room. The living room has 2 big windows that fill it with natural light and is separated into a sitting area and dining area. There is 1 well-decorated bathroom to share with a standing shower.
The apartment is located in the Beaumont area, which is known as being the residence of the Guinness family. It is only 20 minutes to the city centre, but has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. If you love the outdoors, then you take advantage of the many parks in the area.
What we liked the most
- The apartment receives a lot of natural light with its large windows and skylight windows.
- The living room has a lot of comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, a lot of shelving, and a large dining room table.
- The bedroom for rent is very spacious and has a double bed that has extra storage underneath.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, washing machine. and dishwasher.
- The washing machine also works as a dryer.
- There apartment is only 20 minutes to the city center by bus.

- The kitchen is interior and does not have a window.
