This 5-bedroom house in Walkinstown has rooms available to rent, suitable for men only. The house is large, with a long back yard including a shed and a covered area for hanging laundry, and has 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. There is also a kitchen with 2 washing machines, an oven, and lots of fridge space!
The house is ideally located near to Walkinstown roundabout, where several bus routes pass going towards Dublin centre (approximately 35 minutes), or towards The Square Tallaght, one of Ireland's largest shopping centres. Walkinstown is a relatively modern suburb but is in close proximity to older areas, including the 800-year-old Drimnagh Castle, which is only a 10-minute walk from the house.
What we liked the most
- From the house it is easy to get to bus routes that can take you across Dublin.
- We have never seen a house with so much fridge space!
- The 2 bathrooms for 5 bedrooms should keep morning fights for the shower to a minimum.
- Even in a modern area, it's such a short walk to a piece of ancient history (Drimnagh Castle).
