A room is for rent to professionals and postgraduates in a 2-bedroom, 104m2 house with a garden and parking facilities situated in Clonsilla, Dublin. The house is spacious as it is spread over 2 floors, and it has a large living room with a fireplace and comfortable seating. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances necessary for convenient cooking. All communal spaces will be shared with the live-in landlord.
Clonsilla is a large, residential area filled with plenty of practical convenience stores. The house has a garden, but when tenants are in need of more fresh air, they can walk approximately 20 minutes to reach Hartstown Park. The property is well-connected to the city centre, as Clonsilla train station is just 11 minutes away.
