Rooms are for rent to professionals in a large house with a garden located in the Northern Inner City of Dublin. This property is decorated with modern, bright furniture, and is spread over 3 floors. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, and it has ample storage space.
The house is located in the Northern Inner City of Dublin; therefore, it is a short walk from the city centre, close to several points of interest and nightlife hotspots. Fairview Park is just 8 minutes away and is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a picnic during summer. Connolly train station can be reached in 17 minutes; this rail station provides access to local and long distance destinations.
What we liked the most
- Connolly train station is 17 minutes from the property.
- The house is spread over 3 floors and is therefore spacious.
- All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher which is very convenient.
- The house has a garden which is pleasant in summer.
- Tenants can walk 8 minutes to reach Fairview Park.
