A lovely bedroom is available for a worker to rent in this large, shared house in Tyrrelstown, just outside of Dublin. The landlady and her sister live on the property with their friendly dog. The house is divided over 3 floors and features a large kitchen that is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, small appliances, and a dining table. The bright and comfortable living room has doors leading into the garden.
Tyrrelstown is a family friendly suburb and is well connected to the rest of Dublin via bus. The neighbourhood has everything you need, including a town centre with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and pharmacies. This property would be an ideal option for someone working in the nearby business parks and looking to live in a quiet area outside the city.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom has an en suite and is on the 3rd floor of the house, so it will be very quiet and private.
- The garden will be ideal for enjoying breakfast or a good book outside in the summer.
- This property has great amenities, like a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven.
- All utilities are included in the rent.

- The 40D bus will take you downtown in 40-50 minutes, and the 238 goes to Blanchardstown Shopping Centre .

- The landlady lives on the property with her sister. They are both very nice and have a friendly dog as well!
