2 Rooms are for rent in a bright house with a garden in Blackrock, Dublin. The house has a spacious living room with a fireplace and comfortable seating that you will share with the live-in landlady. The property also has a 2nd sitting room which is attached to the modern, fully equipped kitchen.
Blackrock is a residential area located to the south-east of central Dublin. This house is within walking distance from the coast, and tenants can access the city centre by walking 11 minutes to Blackrock train station. When in need of open space for relaxing, tenants can walk 11 minutes to Blackrock Park, which is pleasant in summer.
