1 Room is for rent to professionals in a charming, 4-bedroom house with a garden located in Dublin's Perrystown area. This property boasts a spacious kitchen whic is fully equipped with modern appliances; this room is available to the tenant on a scheduled basis. There is 1 clean bathroom to share with the live-in landlord and his family.
Perrystown is situated in the areas of Crumlin, Drimnagh and Walkinstown. These neighbourhoods are mainly residential and are not far from Dublin's city centre. There are several convenience stores near the property which provide all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.
