Room with a double bed for rent in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment, shared with a live-in landlady and her three cats. Located in the residential area of Artane, this apartment is fully furnished. One of the best features is its beautifully decorated living area, complete with an open plan kitchen, perfect for professionals or students looking to live in a peaceful neighborhood. The bus station next to the flat allows for easy commute to Dublin City University, as well as central areas - tenants with a car will also be provided with a parking space.
What we liked the most
- Parking space is available and tenants will also have access to a washing machine and a dryer.
- The apartment has an excellent living area, furnished with comfortable sofas.
- The nearby bus station enables easy access to Dublin City University.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with several cupboards.
