Cosy room for rent, suitable for females, in a shared 4 bedroom 1 bathroom family house in the residential area of Loughlinstown. The charming two story house is fully furnished throughout and features a fantastic terrace, perfect for spending time under the sun. Tenants will be provided with a parking space and all bills will be included in the rent. You can reach Dublin city center in 40 minutes by bus.
What we liked the most
- Parking is provided for those driving a car.
- We love the spacious and comfortable living area, complete with a cosy decorative fireplace.
- The fully equipped kitchen has access to a wonderful terrace.
- The shared bathroom features a comfortable bathtub.
