3 Bedrooms are for rent for female students and workers in this cosy house with a garden and 1 shared bathroom situated in Ashtown. This house is in the heart of a tranquil, residential neighbourhood but there are several Irish pubs and convenience stores nearby. There are several green spaces in which tenants can relax near the house - these include Ashington Park and Tolka Valley Park. The interior of the house is warm and cosy with a spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a fireplace to share with the live-in landlady. The modern kitchen is furnished with modern appliances and it also features another living area and a long dining table.
What we liked the most
- Each bedroom is spacious and features a double bed.
- The property is luminous as it has many windows that let in natural sunlight.
- The kitchen area is very large and features a second living area and a dining room for entertaining guests.
- There is a garden that can be accessed through the kitchen.
- As bedroom 3 has its own bathroom, the common bathroom will only be shared by those occupying rooms 1 and 2.
- All bills are included in the rent.
Things to keep in mind
- Tenants will be sharing this property with the friendly live-in landlady and her dog so bear this in mind when selecting your room.

The English speaking landlady lives in the property and requires 1 month of rent as a deposit. Rent can be paid in cash. This landlady only accepts mature female students and workers. For stays of only one month, the landlady only requires a 2 week deposit with the rest of the monthly rent to be paid upon arrival.
