The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen, equipped with all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, as well as a living area with a large, comfortable sofa. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a desk and plenty of storage and the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. All utility bills are already included in the rent and the tenants will be provided with a parking space as well as a laundry area, located in the building.
