This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Parnell Street, Broadstone, comes fully furnished to accommodate up to 3 tenants. The 35 m² property has a spacious living area that opens out onto a balcony with lovely street views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom is furnished with both a double bed and a single bed.
The apartment is located in a central and well-connected area, just 10 minutes from Connolly Rail Station. The River Liffey is located nearby, and you will find a range of shops, theatres, bars and restaurants within walking distance. You cannot get bored living here!
What we liked the most
- The apartment has several windows that let in natural light.
- The kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, and a range of cooking utensils.
- The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa or 2 armchairs.
- The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, and is equiped with a heating unit.
- This lively area will make a fantastic base to explore the city. There's always something to do and see nearby!
