This cosy 3-bedroom house with a large garden is available for rent in Whitehall, Dublin. It has a charming and fully equipped kitchen, and a beautifully decorated living room with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The kitchen also boasts a small dining area and has access to the well-kept garden, which has a rose rush climbing up the side of the house. On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Although small, all of the rooms provide you with adequate space to store your belongings. There is also an attic which can be converted into a bedroom or office or used for storage.
The local area is wholly residential, although there are several parks nearby and a Tesco Superstore and a Lidl around a 7 minute drive away. There is also a local church, and several local bus stops to take you elsewhere in Dublin.
What we liked the most
- All the bills are included.
- There's a well-kept garden.
- There is parking available - rare in cities!
- The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
- There is an attic, which can be used for storage or an additional bedroom.
Things to keep in mind
