An elegant 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Smithfield, Dublin. The apartment is decorated throughout with white walls and classic wooden furniture which is like a blank canvas, so you can really make this space you're own when you move in. The bedroom is spacious and well lit by large window which opens up onto a balcony, perfect to sit out on in the hot summer months. The room is also equipped with a double bed, 2 nightstands and a very large wardrobe, so you have plenty of space for storage. The kitchen and living room area is large with plenty of seating space, so hosting guests will be fun and easy. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, complete with a dishwasher, easy!
The property is located in Smithfield, a residential area that is still very close to central Dublin, so you get the perfect mixture of both city and suburban life. The property is within a 20-minute walk of Dublin city centre. The surrounding area has plenty to do, with classic pubs, shops and a cinema, so you'll never be bored living here.
