The interior of the property is sunny and cosy, with a spacious living room which is perfect for relaxing, dining or entertaining guests. The kitchen is clean and equipped with all the modern appliances necessary for convenient cooking.

Dundrum is a large, residential area situated to the south of Dublin's city centre. There are several green parks near the property, including Ballaley Park, which is 14 minutes away and makes a good substitute for a garden. Tenants can access the centre of Dublin by using the parking facilities or by walking to the nea​rest bus or tram stop.
