This practical studio apartment for rent on Zoltán u. is on the 3rd floor. The front door opens to a vestibule with parquet floors, an interior window, and a shoe storage unit. To the left of the door is the tiled kitchen. It has a few plates and cups, a dining table, and lots of cupboard and shelving space. Parquet flooring continues from the vestibule to the open-plan living and sleeping area. There is a window to the interior patio and you get some natural light. The area is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, and two bureaus with extra storage and shelving.

Lipótváros is a central neighborhood close to the parliament buildings, as well as a number of tourist sites. Both The Glass House and St. Stephen's Basilica are 10 minutes away. Students will enjoy being close to the Central European University. Everyone will love being a couple minutes' walk away from the Danube. You can easily reach nightclubs from this area, and there are a number of parks nearby, as well. There are traditional grocery stores in the area, but you’re less than a 10-minute walk away from the Hold Street Market and the Downtown Market.

What we liked the most

  • The studio has a separate kitchen with a dining table.
  • There is a washing machine in the spacious bathroom.
  • You’ll find ample storage in the open-plan living area.
  • The neighborhood is excellent and close to almost everything.

Things to keep in mind

  • This is an interior property so don't expect great views.
  • The interior windows also mean the property doesn't get much natural light.
