This cute studio apartment for rent on Marek Jósef u. is on the 3rd floor. There isn’t an elevator, but the building is so charming that you might not notice. You enter your new home from a common balcony. It’s not a huge space, but it has adorable little touches and it’s furnished. There is a shower and washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living area has a relaxing sofa and dining table. The gallery bedroom, which overlooks the kitchen, is up a set of stairs

Some of the residential buildings in Józsefváros can appear a bit unpolished, but looks can be deceiving. This neighborhood has a lot of character and a lot of charm. Your new home is located in the innermost area. You’re close to numerous schools, including Pázmány Péter Catholic University. There are a couple of theaters and museums just around the corner, and grocery and discount stores are easy to come by.

What we liked the most

  • The building has an old world charm. The apartment is contemporary.
  • You’ll find two grocery stores within a 5-minute walk.
  • There are a couple of gyms down the street from your apartment.
  • You’re just a 20-minute walk away from the inner city.

Things to keep in mind

  • The studio is on the 3rd floor. The building doesn't have an elevator.
