In Terézváros, this 2-bedroom duplex is a peaceful and sunny apartment in a central location. With an area of 69 m², there is a bright and spacious living room and kitchen. The equipped kitchen takes up one wall, and there is a couch and dining table for 4. There is one bedroom next to the living room and the main bedroom on an upper floor with direct access to a terrace.
Terézváros is Budapest's 6th district and is home to Andrássy Avenue, lined with high-end boutiques and shops. The street is also popular for its beautiful architecture. Although there may be many tourist sights, you can find tasty and traditional Hungarian food, as well as many cultural activities.

- Bedroom 2 can be used as a bedroom, office, or wardrobe.
