This lovely 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Szinyei Merse u. is on the 3rd floor. It’s ideal for workers and postgraduate students. There is a large wardrobe in the entrance hall, as well as a spot to store shoes. There is a toilet room next to the spacious bathroom, which has a tub and washing machine. There are another couple of wardrobes in the double bedroom. The living room is furnished with a big TV and sofa, and it includes a study space, and balcony. The kitchen, which is part of this open-plan space, is equipped and includes a dishwasher.

Terézváros is a neighborhood full of life and entertainment. The Ráth György Museum and others are within a 10-minute walk. There are also a few art galleries and theaters. The Budapest Puppet Theater is nearby. The Művész Cinema, which is 15 minutes away, features art house films. When you need a break from the bustle, just head to the nearby City Park. It has paths, a zoo, circus and ice skating rink.
