The first thing you’ll notice about this 3-bedroom apartment for rent on Székely Mihály u. is that it has two floors. Located on the first floor is the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room. The one-wall kitchen is fully equipped. The rest of the room is furnished with a 6-seat dining table and a sofa bed with a chaise. There is also a large window, so the area gets ample light. One of the bedrooms is also on this level. The other two are upstairs. The bathroom has a window, heated towel rack, and a shower cabinet.
The defining feature of Terézváros, or Theresa Town, is Andrássy út. It’s a World Heritage site and a grandiose boulevard lined with opulent mansions and luxury boutiques. And it’s just around the corner from your new home. In fact, there is very little that isn’t around the corner. If you enjoy the gym, there is a Tempelfit just a couple of minutes away. Love the Opera? Both the Hungarian State Opera and Budapest Operetta-theater are less than a 10-minute walk away. Theaters, trendy cafés, and restaurants are on every block. And there is a Spar Market down the street.
