Walking through the front door to this 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Mester u., you'll notice the gorgeous white-painted brick wall. The living space is bright and elegant with a large window and beautiful floors. It’s furnished with two chic armchairs, a sofa, and a glass table. With white brick tiles and shelving, the kitchen is also lovely. It’s fully equipped and has a gas stove. There is a washing machine on the premises. The bathroom is also modern and has a shower cabinet. The bedroom is a wonderful spot with a comfy double bed, table and chairs, and a small balcony.

Ferencváros is an up-and-coming neighborhood that has been undergoing gentrification for the past 20 years. There is a blend of old and modern buildings, and lots of museums and monuments. The Holocaust Memorial Center and Modern Art Museum are less than 10 minutes away. Tinódi Park is across the street, but it isn’t the only outdoor retreat. There are a few lovely green spaces nearby where you can take a stroll. The Spar Supermarket is also just across the street. Walk little ways up the road, and you’ll find a dentist, pharmacy, and a number of small cafés. The Bokréta Fitness gym is just a minute away, too.

  • There is a cute balcony with a table and chairs.
  • The apartment has a thoughtful decor, and stylish furnishings throughout.
  • Heating and A/C is installed throughout.
  • The kitchen is compact but well equipped to cook.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a washing machine, but no dryer in the apartment.
