Spotahome's opinion

This nice studio apartment to rent on Rue de l’Artichaut is on the 1st floor. The kitchen doesn’t have an oven, but it has all the other major appliances and is fully equipped. Similar to the rest of the apartment, the kitchen has wood floors, and it has a 2-seat table. The window overlooks the buildings common terrace, which you’re welcome to use. The main room has two windows overlooking the street. It’s a roomy open-plan space with comfy basic furnishings that include a double bed, two armchairs and a sofa.

Saint-Josse neighborhood is east of the city center. The diversity of the area is noticeable in the variety of restaurants. You can find everything from Mediterranean to Moroccan and Indian cuisine just around the corner. It has a local vibe and it’s off of the well-trodden path for the most part. However, you are minutes away from the Charlier Museum and 15 minutes from Brussels Park. Ambiorix Square is close by and there are gyms, banks and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk.

What we liked the most

  • The building has a common area laundry facility.
  • You also get access to a common terrace.
