The main room in this 35 m² property is furnished with a dining table, sofa, and offers a kitchen corner with all the essentials to cook. There is also a double bed located behind a partial wall.

The apartment enjoys an excellent location, just 9 minutes from the Metro and within walking distance of the city centre. The beautiful Botanical Garden of Brussels is located nearby, and you will also find shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance.
