This 35 m² studio apartment with a balcony is located on Avenue des Nénuphars in beautiful Auderghem. The open living space has a compact kitchenette, modern bathroom and a living area that has double sofa bed and opens out onto a balcony.

Auderghem is the charming residential borough popular for those who prefer laid back living. Near the apartment you will find Parc Domaine du Val Duchesse, the perfect place for a wander and a history lesson. The Rond-Point du Souverain metro stop is also close.
