This 3rd-floor studio apartment to rent on Rue de Theaux opens into a cozy but equipped kitchen, which has a hot plate, microwave oven, small fridge, and cupboards. The small bathroom is accessible from here, with a shower stall as well as a toilet and sink. The remaining space is open concept. You’ll find a contemporary sofa bed and small coffee table, as well as a desk with a chair, a small TV table and a heater. With a large window facing the street, you end up getting plenty of natural light into your new home.

Etterbeek is a fairly quiet neighborhood, unless you’re close to the Free University of Brussels, where there is plenty of action. Since your studio is a 20-minute walk from the Etterbeek Campus, you can easily feel part of the atmosphere, and yet return home to study or get a relaxing night's sleep. Around the campus, you’ll find a casino, bowling alley, and rugby club. Closer to home is an Indian grocery store across the street and a Lidl supermarket just 6 minutes away. Also within a 200-meter radius, you’ll find a bakery, café, bar, pizzeria and bike-sharing station.
