Spotahome's opinion

This modern and stylish studio apartment is small but cozy, with everything you need for one person to live comfortably. It features a couch, a large dinner table with four chairs, and huge glass doors leading to a balcony with street views. The open plan kitchen has an electric stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bedroom area has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a small night stand, and a window looking out onto the courtyard. Behind it there's a bathroom with a sink, shower, and mirror, and the toilet is located behind another door off the bedroom area.

The surrounding area has good public transport options for easy access to the city center and other nearby neighborhoods. You can walk to Parc du Cinquantenaire, a very nice 19th-century city park, or to Square Ambiorix to enjoy the outdoors. On Avenue de la Brabançonne there are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars. Sample the craft beer at Owa Brewery, have a cup of coffee at The New London café, or try something new at Grand Bassam Ivorian restaurant—all just steps from your door. You can also pick up groceries at the iDe Shop supermarket a 3-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a small but super cool balcony where you can enjoy a great view of the city.
  • There is plenty of room for storage throughout the space.
  • The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking, and you can invite friends over for dinner thanks to the big dining table.
  • Utility bills are included, which gives you one less thing to worry about!

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryer are located in the common area of the building.
  • This property is on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
