The living room features chic furniture and décor and comfortable couches. You can work at the desk or sit back and relax after a long day. It also has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light.

The apartment takes advantage of its ample space - walk up the set of stairs to the loft bedroom, which features a double bed and two skylight windows. There's even storage space underneath the stairs. Lastly, the kitchen is big, modern and features a dining table.

You'll enjoy the quiet, relaxing neighbourhood vibe while still having quick access to the city centre. It's in a great location for students, as the university is in walking and biking distance. For public transport, Petillon station will connect you to most places you need to go. Within your own neighbourhood you'll find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and more.
