This attractive studio apartment is available to rent in the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood of Schaerbeek. The studio has a large room with a big window leading to the small terrace. This large window means it's a lovely, light room where you can cook - there's a hob, microwave and fridge - watch TV curled up on the coach, and sleep in the double bed. There's also a dining table for 4 people, so you can invite friends around and socialise. The studio has a separate bathroom. This is a lovely, light compact apartment with lots of storage space.

You will be living between two parks - Parc Josaphat with ponds, trails and sculptures for a quiet walk and Parc Albert, which is much smaller. Being so close to two urban green spaces will be ideal if you decide to bring your dog with you! The apartment is very close to several bus routes that will get you into central Brussels in 20 minutes. There's a large Carrefour hypermarket within a 17-minute walk to stock up on all your groceries and household needs. This is an peaceful location with lots of shops and access to bus routes that will take you to the city centre.
