A sunny, 25 m² studio apartment with a small garden is available to rent in Brussels's Ixelles neighbourhood. This apartment is modern, bright and cosy. The kitchen area is fully equipped, and has plenty of storage space for your utensils and appliances. The living room has nice wooden floors and large windows that let in lots of natural light. The bedroom, with a double bed, is located on a mezzanine floor above the living room.

This apartment is situated on Rue du Trône, a lively road located in Ixelles, one of Brussels's most prestigious neighbourhoods. The local area is characterised by classical architecture, and you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. The European Quarter is a short walk away, and Brussels-Luxembourg train station is about 6 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is cosy and bright, it has charming features such as pretty railing and wooden floors.
  • The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor above the living room, making the property much more spacious.
  • This studio has a lovely garden at the back, all for you!
  • You have access to a communal laundry room, which has a washing machine and a dryer.
  • The Brussels-Luxembourg train station is just a few minutes away.
  • The European Quarter is also nearby, perfect for those working or interning for the European Parliament.
  • If you want, you can walk to Grand Place in about 30 minutes.

How to book
