Students and postgraduates are sure to love this very spacious and unique studio apartment in Saint Josse, Brussels. The apartment is not only very large and luminous, but it also features wood floors, high ceilings, a fireplace, and beautiful architectural details. There is plenty of storage in the main living area, with a dining table, double bed, and picture windows. The kitchen has an electric plate, microwave, toaster, and small refrigerator.
Saint Josse is a popular, diverse neighborhood in Brussel's center. The property is located in between and very close to Université Saint-Louis, LUCA School of Arts, and Gare de Bruxelles-Nord. You will have many amenities, historical sites, and public transport nearby.
What we liked the most
- This is certainly not your average studio apartment. It is spacious and has fantastic architectural details!
- The big picture window fills the space with light and makes it feel very large.
- Utilities and WiFI are included in the rent.
- You will be within walking distance of Université Saint-Louis and the LUCA School of Arts.
- Saint Josse is very central and convenient.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen and bathroom area a located in the same room, however it is very spacious.
- The studio for rent is labeled "4S" on the floorplan.
