The 250m2 property provides an excellent social space with its common areas - the tenants of rooms 1, 3, 5, and 6 will share a kitchen, a large bathroom with a bathtub, and a toilet with two sinks. Bedrooms 2 and 4 also include private showers as well as small kitchens, while Bedroom 1 has a private shower room, located on a separate floor; perfect for those who prefer more independence. To furthermore ensure more privacy, the property also features an extra toilet room. All utilities are included in the rent and the property is just moments away from plenty of public transportation - you can reach the city centre in 13 minutes!
