The distribution of this 90m2 duplex-style property allows for privacy as well as a social atmosphere: the individual rooms are located on the upper floor while the shared areas- kitchen with a dining area and a separate living room- are located on the lower level. The neighborhood of the apartment, Molenbeek, is a residential one that houses many green spaces. You will be situated near various metro and tram lines, facilitating access to other parts of Brussels.
