The rooms and shared bathroom are located on the same floor, providing you with the perfect amount of privacy. But, you may want to make use of 250 m² house's common areas. There is a huge wrap-around living room, dining room, and kitchen. With an open layout, you can easily walk from one to the other. The kitchen also has access to the backyard with a lovely patio and lush garden area.

Laeken is residential district about 25 minutes from the city center by tram. This neighborhood is a great choice if you enjoy a quiet area with lots of trees and parks nearby. On Avenue de la Reine des Prés, you also have a sports center grocery stores, and other small shops a short walk away.
