The living area has a couch and TV with a dining table that seats 3 behind. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave and kettle. The shared bathroom is modern with a double sink, shower/bath combo and toilet, as well as good storage space below the sinks and behind the mirrors.

The surrounding neighbourhood has good transport links including trams and buses. There is a gym, supermarket and police station all within a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a selection of surrounding restaurants.
