On the main floor, the red kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of cabinet space, as well as a breakfast bar. On each of the other floors, you have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has wood flooring throughout and big windows that let in plenty of natural light.
On Rue Louis Hap, you are centrally located, just minutes away from Parc du Cinquantenaire and less than a 10-minute walk to the Merode Metro and train station. Although on a residential street, you have Place St-Pierre 2 minute away, which is a roundabout lined with restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and a Carrefour Express.
