There is a room for rent in this modern shared house on Rue de l'Energie in Anderlecht. The living room and kitchen are well-equipped with modern appliances, and there is a large garden which is a great place to relax outside.

There is a pharmacy and a few other stores within a 10-minute walk of this apartment, and several restaurants as well. The large Vijverspark is a 20-minute walk away, and is a great space to relax on your days off.

What we liked the most

  • There is a washing machine and dryer, so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
  • The house is close to public transport.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too much time cleaning up.
  • There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one shared bathroom.
  • Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
