The living room has a small balcony with views over the beautiful Place Colignon.

You will be living right next to the administrative centre of Schaerbeek – an ideal location for anybody working as a civil servant. There are several cafes and restaurants in the area, and grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. The large and popular Parc Josaphat is about a 10 minute walk away from the property.
