Rooms are available to rent in a deluxe, 300 m², 8-bedroom house with a garden situated in Brussels's central Schuman area. This renovated property is bright and modern, and the fact that it is spread over 3 floors makes it extra spacious. The communal areas are connected to the garden on the ground floor, with a comfortable living area and a large, fully equipped kitchen which even has a dishwasher. There are 3 bathrooms on the premises, and all bedrooms are spacious and full of natural light.
This house is situated in an elegant building on Rue des Patriots in the Schuman area. This neighbourhood is popular due to its assortment of bars, cafes and restaurants, and due to its proximity to the European Quarter. As well as a back garden, you can also spend time outside in the Parc du Cinquantenaire which is about 10 minutes away. To reach other parts of Brussels, you can walk to Schuman metro station which is about 10 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The house has recently been renovated, and is therefore especially bright, comfortable and modern.
- This property is very spacious as it is spread over 3 floors.
- There is a garden which is the perfect place to chill in summer.
- The living and kitchen area is designed in an open-plan layout, making it the perfect place to spend time with your housemates.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher which is very convenient.
- This house is in a great location, you can walk to the European Quarter in under 20 minutes.
