The whole property has been recently renovated and provides a cozy home with high ceilings, wooden floor boards, and stylish decor. The main shared areas are on the ground floor including access to the large terrace. There are bathrooms to share on each floor.

The house is in the residential district of Ixelles, located south of the city center. The area is surrounded by parks and is well-connected by trams and buses. This is a great location for students, located between 2 university campuses.

  • The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk to the Universite Libre de Bruxelles and a tram ride to Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
