We're certain you'll adore this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 4th floor apartment in the leafy suburb of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. The 110 m² apartment is superbly well-equipped, with everything you need to feel at home as soon as you move in. The apartment comprises a large living room with access to a balcony, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, and a toilet room, plus a walk in closet with tons of storage.

The apartment is on Avenue Jaques Brel, in a mostly residential area. This is a very green area of the city, and there are several parks within a few minute's walk. Woluwe Shopping Center is nearby, and for last-minute groceries there is a Proxy store on Rue Théodore De Cuyper. Saint-Luc University Hospital is nearby, so the location is ideal for somebody working there. Commuting to the city centre for work will be no problem either, with Metro line 1 close to the building.

  • We love the huge shared walk in wardrobe!
  • There are 2 full bathrooms, and a separate toilet, so you'll never have to queue.
  • One bathroom has a shower and the other a bath, so you can choose whichever suits your mood.
  • The spacious living room also has a little balcony, which will be lovely in the summer.
  • Your kitchen is amazingly well equipped.
  • There is a washer and dryer.
  • The area is quiet and residential, but there are grocery stores nearby.
  • You can quickly reach the centre of Brussels from the nearby Metro station.
