Etterbeek is a central neighbourhood and a popular student area as it is home to the ULB and VUB university campuses. It is a relaxed district with handsome architecture and good transport links to the rest of the city. Worth a visit is the Parc du Cinquantenaire, a national landmark and the perfect place for an afternoon stroll.
